20FIT Victoria Park (“20FIT”, “we”) runs an EMS personal training studio at 484 Albany Highway, Victoria Park WA 6100. This policy covers the personal information we collect through this website and through your bookings with us.

What we collect

• When you fill in a form on this site, for example to claim an offer or ask us to get in touch: your first name, mobile number and email address, and your last name where a form asks for it.
• When you book or buy: what our booking system needs to take the booking and payment. Payments are processed by our booking provider; we never receive your full card details.
• Before your first session: a short health screening, kept with your client record so your coach can train you safely.
• On our offer pages: basic technical information about your visit (see Advertising below).

How we use it

• To contact you by text message and email about your enquiry, the offer you claimed, or your booking. You agree to this when you send us your details, and every message lets you opt out: reply STOP to a text, or use the unsubscribe link in an email.
• To run your sessions and manage your bookings and payments.
• If you’ve agreed to hear from us, to send you occasional offers and updates, with the same opt-out on every message.
• To see which of our ads work (see Advertising below).

Who we share it with

• Momence, the booking and client-management system we use. 20FIT’s bookings run through the same Momence account as Mindbody Lounge, so your details are held in that account.
• HighLevel (GoHighLevel), which we use for customer messaging and some of our enquiry forms.
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement, as described below.

We don’t sell your personal information. Momence, HighLevel and Meta may store and process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

Advertising

Our offer pages use the Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API. These tell Meta when someone visits the page, taps to claim the offer, or submits their details, so we can see which ads are working and show them to people likely to be interested. When you submit your details, your email address, mobile number and first name are converted in your browser into a one-way code (a “hash”) before anything is sent; Meta receives the code, not the details themselves. The pixel also sets cookies (_fbp and _fbc) on those pages.

The Momence checkout page is part of the account we share with Mindbody Lounge and carries Mindbody Lounge’s Meta Pixel, so when you check out there, Meta may also receive information about your visit and purchase through it.

You can control how ads are personalised in your Facebook and Instagram settings, and block or clear cookies in your browser. Other pages on this site embed Google Maps and Momence booking tools, which are provided under those companies’ own privacy policies.

Keeping it safe

We keep your information in our booking system and limit access to the people who need it to run your sessions. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, at any time. Contact us below and we’ll respond within 30 days.
